Top quality metal diamond segment shoes in the industry
Professional Double-Segment Diamond Grinding Shoes for Concrete Floor Grinding
Consistent concrete grinding requires the correct bond hardness for the condition of the concrete being processed.
DIATOP Diamond Segment Shoes with Double Segments are manufactured using high-quality raw materials and tightly controlled production processes to support consistent segment quality and grinding performance.
Precision-controlled manual weighing and cold pressing are used to produce high-quality diamond segments, while different sintering processes are applied to optimize performance. Exposed diamonds also help provide an easy and fast grinding start.
The range includes Double Bar and Double Round segment configurations and six bond selections for concrete ranging from ultra-hard to very abrasive.

Q1. How do I select the correct DIATOP bond for concrete hardness?
A. The bond becomes progressively harder as the concrete becomes softer or more abrasive. Ultra-hard concrete uses the extremely soft UC / Yellow bond, while very abrasive concrete uses the very hard AC / Orange bond.
Q2. What is the difference between Double Bar and Double Round diamond shoes?
A. Double Bar models use two 40 x 10 x 10 mm bar segments. Double Round models use two D20 x 10 mm round segments. Several Double Round versions are specifically described in the catalog as producing fewer scratches than bar segments.
Q3. What grit ranges are available?
A. Standard grit ranges are 18/20, 25/30, 30/40, 60/80, and 120/150. The catalog also states that #250/300 is available to help extend the life of #50 and #100 resin pads.
