Xpress Concrete Ultra Blades

XPRESS CONCRETE Ultra Blades

Wet / Diamond patterned segments / Laser welded / For high HP floor saws over 50HP

Professional Wet Concrete Blades for High-Power Floor Saws

Wet concrete cutting requires a blade capable of maintaining cutting speed, segment stability, and durability under continuous heavy-duty operation.

XPRESS CONCRETE Ultra Blades are designed specifically for high-horsepower floor saws used in large infrastructure and construction projects.

Using patterned diamond segment technology, the blade delivers faster cutting performance and improved service life compared with conventional segment designs. Double laser welding provides additional segment retention strength, while undercut protection helps improve reliability when cutting reinforced concrete and abrasive materials.

Common applications include highways, airport runways, bridge decks, industrial floors, parking structures, warehouses, and large concrete slab projects.

Type of Equipment: FH (Floor Saw)

Key Features

  • Concrete Xpress blades are manufactured using up-to-date patterned diamond segment technology.

  • Patterned diamonds deliver faster cutting speeds and longer blade life, allowing longer footage and reduced operation time.

  • Concrete Xpress ultra blades are designed for high-power saws from 50–72 HP.

  • DIATOP Concrete Xpress blades are double laser welded on both sides for added safety.

  • Welding strength is tested on both sides to prevent segment loss on the job site.

  • Slanted segments provide undercut protection.

  • Wide range of applications: highways, airport runways, city streets, parking lots, bridge decks, floors, walkways, loading docks, lamps.

  • Laser welded up to 900 mm.

Q1. What diamond blade is recommended for high-horsepower concrete floor saws?

A. The XPRESS CONCRETE Ultra Blade is designed for high-power floor saws from 50 to 72 HP. Its patterned diamond segments provide fast cutting and long blade life for heavy-duty concrete cutting applications such as highways, airport runways, bridge decks, industrial floors, and large concrete slabs.

Q2. Can the XPRESS CONCRETE Ultra Blade cut reinforced concrete?

A. Yes. The XPRESS CONCRETE Ultra Blade is designed for concrete and reinforced concrete cutting. Double laser welding provides additional segment retention strength, while slanted segments help protect against undercutting during demanding cutting applications.

Q3. What are the benefits of patterned diamond segments for concrete cutting?

A. Patterned diamond segments provide controlled diamond distribution for faster cutting and longer blade life compared with conventional random diamond segments. This helps increase cutting footage and reduce operating time on large concrete cutting projects.
