WET CURED CONCRETE Ultra Blades
Laser welded / For high-power flat saws

Professional Wet Cured Concrete Blades for High-Power Floor Saws
Heavy-duty cured concrete cutting requires a blade capable of maintaining cutting performance, segment stability, and durability on high-power floor saws.
DIATOP Wet Cured Concrete Blades / Ultra are designed for high-power floor saws of 35–72 HP and are intended for professional contractors who require optimum cutting performance.
The blades are double laser welded on both sides to help prevent segment loss and are designed for easy cutting of heavily reinforced concrete. Slanted segments provide undercut protection without segment loss.
A wide range of bond options is available to match aggregate hardness, aggregate type, and aggregate abrasiveness across demanding concrete cutting applications.

Q1. What diamond blade is recommended for high-power cured concrete floor saws?
A. DIATOP Wet Cured Concrete Blades / Ultra are designed for high-power floor saws of 35–72 HP and for professional contractors requiring optimum cutting performance. The WCFHU Ultra grade uses a 14 mm segment height for large, demanding, high-production applications.
Q2. Can Wet Cured Concrete Blades / Ultra cut heavily reinforced concrete?
A. Yes. The blades are designed for easy cutting of heavily reinforced concrete. Double laser welding on both sides helps prevent segment loss, while slanted segments provide undercut protection during demanding cutting applications.
Q3. How can the bond be selected for different concrete and aggregate conditions?
A. Bond options are provided according to aggregate hardness, aggregate type, and abrasiveness. The catalog specifies selections for very hard, medium hard, medium, medium soft, and soft aggregate conditions, covering materials such as chert, flint, quartz, river gravel, granite, basalt, limestone, bluestone, and sandstone.
