XPRESS ASPHALT Supreme Blades
Wet / Patterned diamond segments / Laser welded / Medium HP floor saws of 30 to 50 HP

Professional Wet Asphalt Blades for Medium-Horsepower Floor Saws
Asphalt cutting requires a blade capable of maintaining cutting speed and segment durability while working through abrasive paving materials.
XPRESS ASPHALT Supreme Blades are designed for medium-horsepower floor saws from 30 to 50 HP and are manufactured using patterned diamond technology for faster cutting speed and longer blade life compared with traditional random mixed diamonds.
The blades feature a sandwich segment design for even segment wear and a very hard bond containing a high volume of WC (Tungsten carbide) for high durability. Double-sided laser welding and welding-strength inspection using DIATOP’s special torque tester help provide secure segment retention during operation.
Slanted segments positioned at every three segments provide undercut protection. Multiple bond options are available according to aggregate hardness.

Q1. What diamond blade is recommended for asphalt cutting with medium-horsepower floor saws?
A. The XPRESS ASPHALT Supreme Blade is designed for medium-horsepower floor saws from 30 to 50 HP. It uses patterned diamond technology to provide faster cutting speed and longer blade life compared with traditional random mixed diamonds.
Q2. Can the XPRESS ASPHALT Supreme Blade be selected for different aggregate hardness levels?
A. Yes. The XPRESS ASPHALT Supreme Blade is available with bond options for Very hard, Medium Hard, Medium, Medium Soft, and Soft aggregate conditions, with the corresponding bond codes VS, MS, MM, MH, and H.
Q3. How does the XPRESS ASPHALT Supreme Blade improve durability and segment protection?
A. The blade uses a sandwich segment design for even segment wear and a very hard bond containing a high volume of WC (Tungsten carbide) for high durability. The segments are laser welded on both sides, welding strength is inspected with DIATOP’s special torque tester, and slanted segments positioned at every three segments provide undercut protection.
