Professional Wet Concrete Blades for Medium-Horsepower Floor Saws

Concrete cutting with medium-horsepower floor saws requires a blade that can provide reliable cutting speed, long service life, and stable segment retention during continuous wet cutting operations.

XPRESS CONCRETE Supreme Blades are designed for medium-horsepower saws from 30 to 50 HP and are manufactured using patterned diamond technology for faster cutting and longer blade life compared with traditional diamond technology.

The blades feature double laser-welded segments for added safety, with welding strength strictly checked on both sides using DIATOP’s torque test equipment. TCT inserts help protect against undercutting during cutting operations.

A range of bond options is available for different concrete hardness conditions, while the 12 mm segment height and slow-wave segment design support long blade life and smooth sawing.
